For year one are Marketing and PR budget was extremely limited.

However, with a strong team of creative minds and the combined talents of ourselves, our  design company  www.creativenetwork.co.uk and Annabel Warner at Silverball PR we managed to create some interesting PR and marketing opportunities. These included:

PR 

1. We purchased a giant pink shoe which was resprayed  for us by our sponsor Mercedes Benz of Cheltenham & Glouceseter and then started its official ‘Giant Shoe Tour’ of the Cotswolds.  The Pink Shoe achieved some wonderful national PR for us including

• Ok magazine August and the Sunday Telegraph August where we were highlighted as ‘one of the best fashion events to attend in September’.

Our media partner Cotswold Style www.cotswoldstyle.co.uk  featured CFW in their magazine in a six month lead up which included various fashion shoots, fashion and event articles.

We received excellent support via local radio and were featured regularly on BBC Gloucestershire and Heart Radio with live interviews from our Director and George Davies. We were also featured in various local magazines and local websites including Explore Gloucestershire, Shop Cotswolds and through our sponsors PR channels.

PR opportunities

Our headline sponsor Mercedes Benz of Cheltenham & Gloucester supported us immensely in various initatives including re-spraying our Pink Shoe, creating our own personalised number plates, chauffeuring us and our team to various events including Ladies Day at Cheltenham Races

Marketing initatives

Our creative team came up with a clever strapline ‘Sold on Fashion’  which caused many hilarious situations when our hoardings were erected in various hotspots in Cheltenham.

Our Goodie Bags with the strap line ‘Fashion With Soul’ accompagning an illustration of our Pink Shoe, were extremely popular at our VIP events where they were filled with gorgeous treats for our clientelle including beauty products from Chapel Spa, hair products from Stuart Holmes, make up from SLG Beauty,  a candles, signed Van Morrison CD’s…. no goodie bags full of paper from us!
