CFW Independent Designer, 2012

To have been part of Cheltenham Fashion Week (CFW) was an amazing experience and winning CFW Independent designer, 2012,  has led onto so many new and exciting things and I encourage local talented designers to take part in anyway possible during the next CFW…

Cheltenham Fashion Week 2012 is committed to providing a platform for young people to shine and is passionate about working and mentoring young people. We are already working with some outstanding young people who are desperate for opportunities to prove themselves and who are already aware of the huge competition for jobs.” – CFW Website

I got involved with CFW whilst still at uni, aiming towards the final stages of my degree and to hear about a fashion week taking place back at home was just so exciting! I had to be a part of it in some way…

CFW also had may other events as well as the Student Fashion Show, including ‘For One Night Only’ where VIPs and celebrities gathered for a stunning couture show and a ‘Giant Shoe Tour’ where CFW’s amazing pink shoe made its way around Cheltenham.
